Bridal Gowns & Couture Preservation
Wedding gowns, evening wear, and heirloom garments require exceptional care. Every gown undergoes individual inspection based on fabric delicacy, train soiling, beadwork, and lace trimming. We utilize gentle, non-toxic solvents and manual stain-treatment techniques to refresh your dress, offering optional pH-neutral archival boxing for long-term preservation.
Moth Eradication & Seasonal Mothproofing
Moths and fabric pests can severely damage cashmere, merino wool, silk, and autumn/winter tailoring during storage. We provide specialist moth eradication, deep thermal/solvent disinfection, and protective mothproofing treatments designed to eliminate larvae, restore compromised knitwear, and safeguard your winter wardrobe before seasonal storage or daily wear.
Leather, Suede & Fur Care
Animal hides and textured materials react uniquely to cleaning. Our leather and suede specialists apply targeted treatments to restore natural oils, condition hides, and lift soil while preserving colour depth. For delicate suede coats, leather jackets, and natural fur trims, we conduct a full material assessment prior to processing.
Workshop Care vs. On-Site Upholstery Cleaning
The vast majority of garments, Persian rugs, feather duvets, and removable drapes are processed directly inside our 513 Finchley Road workshop—either dropped off in-store or collected by our driver. For fixed household furnishings like luxury sofas, armchairs, and heavy fitted curtains, our trained technicians can visit your property for specialized on-site cleaning using low-moisture extraction methods. Optional stain-guard protective treatments and deep odour neutralisation are available upon request.
Transparent Policies & In-House Assessment
High-value, infested, or specialist items are processed strictly following physical examination or detailed photo review. We maintain clear, transparent communication regarding service feasibility, expected stain removal, and processing timelines before any specialist work begins.
