How does free collection and delivery work?
We provide free doorstep collection and delivery across Central, West, North, and North West London. Minimum order thresholds apply (£20 for Central London and £30 for Outer London routes). There is no minimum spend if you drop off items directly at our 513 Finchley Road shop.
Can I send a wedding gown, leather, or designer garment?
Yes, absolutely. High-value garments, bridal wear, designer coats (such as Canada Goose or Moncler), and leather items are inspected in-house before treatment to ensure the safest and most effective specialist process.
Do you accept smaller everyday household orders and student laundry?
Yes, you are always welcome to bring any quantity of laundry or dry cleaning directly to our shopfront with no minimum spend requirement. The minimum order threshold only applies to our home pickup and delivery routes.
How do business accounts work?
Commercial clients can request an initial assessment covering textile types, expected weekly volumes, pickup schedules, and consolidated monthly BACS invoicing.
